Dongguan Junmeng Mould Co.,Ltd.was founded on 5th May in 2000 in mainland China,and started production from March 2001.The co***ny imported the precision CNC machining center and measurement instruments from Japan and Germany to meet the market demand. Imported two WAIDA optical profile grinders from Japan in April,2001 one set of one PTW optical profile grinder from Germany in Febuary,2002,and imported one WAIDA optical profile grinder from Japan in September,2003.To expand production ,Junmeng moved mew factory in August,2004.and use the dust-free workshop,and import 4 WAIDA optical profical profile grinders,imported Sodick AQ360 wire cutting machine in 2005,Since the mold department was established on October,2010,imported 2 mirror discharge machines,imported one WAIDA optical profile grinders on March,2011 from Japan,which can realize the perfect mirror surface processing effect.Imported one CNC surface digital grinding machine.Total 9 optical profile grinders,2 precision wire cutting machines and 2 mirror discharging machine.Junmeng will add importing other precision CNC machine,realize complete service.Junmeng introduced the ERP system in October,2010.which help to make the production flow and management system more reasonable and scientific,it help to make a better running ***ce.
